Funny Friday: Mud Pies and Kissing Booths

Today’s post is this month’s Funny Friday, a regular feature published on the last Friday of every month. Funny Friday is a collaborative project. Each month one of the participants submits a picture, then we all write 5 captions or thoughts inspired by that month’s picture. Links to the other bloggers’ posts are below, click on them and see what they’ve come up with. I hope we bring a smile to your face as you start your weekend.

1. Girls to the line of people waiting: Mud Pies are ready, come and get 'em.

2. Girls to the kids at the park: Sand for sale, come and get your sand here!

3. Girls to their moms: Store's open, we emptied out the car, come buy your stuff back. And none of that monopoly stuff, you better bring your real money.

4. One girl's mom to the other: You realize that from now on when we tell them we're going to the store they're going to expect to come here, right?

5. Girls to their moms: General Store? What do you mean General Store? Can't you read? That sign says Kissing Booth.

And now for something yummy. No mud or sand involved. It's the end of August, time to get the slow cooker back out.
