Here’s today’s picture. It was submitted by Jules of The Bergham Chronicles.
1. Gigi to her mom: OK, my face is washed! What else do you need me to do?
2.Gigi to her dad: Fish? What fish? I don't see any fish.
3. Gigi to her parents: Nope, not even close. This is no day at the beach.
4. Gigi's mom to Gigi's dad: That might not be the best idea I ever had. I really hope that thing doesn't get stuck on her face. That would be fun to try to explain in the ER.
5. Gigi (indignantly) to her parents: I AM blowing bubbles, but they're just going up my nose.
And now for something yummy:

4 TBSP butter, room temperature
garlic powder
1 1/2# ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning

Seasoned salt
4 slices mozzarella
4 slices tomato
Directions:
*Slice rolls. Spread butter on inside of rolls and sprinkle with garlic powder.
*Mix the ground beef, pepperoni, marinara, Italian Seasoning and parmesan. Form into 4 equal sized patties. Sprinkle both sides with seasoned salt to taste.
*Spray the grates of your cold grill with nonstick spray. Heat grill to medium high.
*Place the pizza burger patties and rolls (buttered side down) onto the grill and lower heat to medium. Watch the rolls carefully and check frequently. Remove immediately once they start to brown.

I hope you have a fabulous weekend!!
Loved the picture, Jules. It was so much fun.
DeleteNumber 4 is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteNow this burger, I make a pizza burger but it is different. I should post it. I just never get a photo, they eat them too fast.
I learned my lesson, dinner is ready 10 minutes before the time they're called to the table, I take my pics and then call them.
DeleteNow I'm curious as to how you make your pizza burger.
If I wasn't happily married I'd propose to you! You have managed to combine my two all time favorite foods. I may have to lick the screen.
ReplyDeleteOR you could just make these burgers yourself!
DeleteImagine going into the ER for that...OMG...laughs.
ReplyDeleteThat burger is giving me food goals...sighs.
Yeah, there's a story the ER staff would tell for years to come.
